UPyD
Today I would like to write about a woman called Rosa Diez and the party she founded, UPyD.
From my point of view, anti-terrorist fight wasn’t being handled properly in Spain by the ruling party, as many more issues weren’t.
This, in my opinion, brave woman decided to take the risk, give up her seat in the PSOE (Spanish Social Worker’s Party) and start a new political party on her own.
Even though other politicians didn’t have trust at all in her ideals nor her new party, she made it grow in just a few months so her party got representation (Rosa herself) in the Spanish Congress. For me, it is actually a great success, so let us give her an applause to Rosa Diez.
Here’s a link to the official UPyD website, for further information (it’s in Spanish).
